Valerie Kathawala is a New York-based journalist and author. // A lifelong obsession with all facets of German culture led her to wine. // Her writing appears regularly in the pages of Noble Rot, SevenFifty Daily, and many other publications. // She is the co-founder and co-editor-in-chief of the wine magazine TRINK. // She is the author of the book German Wine Scholar® (2025). // Valerie is a proud member of the Circle of Wine Writers and the Authors Guild. She serves on the Board of Slow Food Hudson Valley.
